Participation in the DSDG/UNOSD Executive Training Course for Policymakers on the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (7 September 2023, Incheon, Republic of Korea)

On 7 September 2023, DPIDG/UNPOG staff participated in the Executive Training Course and delivered a presentation on Realizing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development through digital government and innovative approach to citizen engagement in the Session on Module 5: SDG 16, at the request of DSDG/UNOSD. The presentation covered: i) the context of digital government for achieving the 2030 Agenda and ensuring leaving no one behind, ii) the need to address digital divide and digital exclusion, iii) innovative approaches to citizen engagement, and iv) the future of digital government. The presentation was well received and invited much interest from the audience to approach DPIDG/UNPOG for capacity development support in advancing digital government for sustainable development.
