DPIDG/UNPOG paid a courtesy visit to the Korea Development Institute (KDI) on 29 February 2024 to discuss approaches and modalities for bilateral collaboration in 2024. KDI, as one of the leading think tanks in the Republic of Korea, has played an active role in advancing economic development and social progress of many countries through conducting in-depth research and capacity development programmes. The two offices discussed ways to mutually contribute to one another’s programmes and the potential grounds to conduct joint research projects in 2025. UNPOG presented the UN DESA Curriculum on Governance for the SDGs for KDI, as potential resources for KDI in delivering their capacity development programmes.
