Mr. Chang Rok Yun (Associate Capacity Development Expert) attended Public-Private Partnership Forum which was organised by National Information Society Agency (NIA) in Seoul, Republic of Korea, on 30 June 2015. 

Participated by a number of e-government experts from various government agencies, private sector, and academia, the forum discussed how best practices of e-government of Korea can be effectively disseminated to developing countries. In particular, most participants shared common thoughts that Korea's outstanding achievement in UN E-Government Survey has contributed to promote Korea’s practices, and therefore Korean government needs to make further efforts to maintain the current leading position. As requested by the participants, Mr. Yun had an opportunity to introduce UN E-Government Survey, particularly focusing on its evaluation methodology and current trends.
