Lecture at the Incheon National University School of Northeast Asian Studies (1 December 2023, Incheon, Republic of Korea)

At the request of the School of Northeast Asian Studies of Incheon National University, a DPIDG/UNPOG staff delivered a presentation on “Introduction to UNPOG and the UN DESA Curriculum on Governance for the SDGs.” The UNPOG staff introduced the office’s mandate and programme activities of the DPIDG’s Project Office on Governance, together with the UN DESA Curriculum on Governance for the SDGs, and the eLearning Course on Risk-informed Governance and Innovative Technology for Disaster Risk Reduction and Resilience, in which the professor and students expressed their strong interests. The lecture was attended by 20 first year university students who are envisioning a career at the United Nations. The lecture provided a good opportunity to promote the Curriculum on Governance for the SDGs, DRR eLearning Course, and the annual Youth Forum on SDG Implementation.
