At the request of the Ewha International Development Cooperation Association of Ewha Womans University, a DPIDG/UNPOG staff delivered a presentation on “Introduction to UNPOG and the UN DESA Curriculum on Governance for the SDGs.” The UNPOG staff introduced the mandate and programme activities of DPIDG’s Project Office on Governance, together with the UN DESA Curriculum on Governance for the SDGs, and the upcoming launch of the eLearning Course on Effective National to Local Public Governance for SDG Implementation, in which the students expressed their strong interests.
The lecture was attended by 30 university students envisioning career opportunities at the United Nations. The presentation provided a good opportunity to promote the Curriculum on Governance for the SDGs, the upcoming launch of the eLearning Course, and the annual Youth Forum on SDG Implementation.
