Special Lecture for Shinneung Elementary School

The Head of UNPOG was invited to deliver a special lecture to 60 students at Shinneung Elementary School in Goyang, Republic of Korea. The special lecture provided an overview of the United Nations,and highlighted the UN DESA/UNPOG activities in promoting and achieving the SDGs and 2030 Agenda.
The special lecture also provided a great opportunity for UN DESA/UNPOG to raise awareness on the SDGs and the importance of youth’s active participation in achieving the 2030 Agenda in a timely manner. The special lecture was initiated by Han Jisoo, a student of Shenneung Elementary School.
