Steering Committee Meeting in New York

The UNPOG Steering Committee meeting was successfully held on 19 February 2019. The meeting was attended by representatives from UN DESA and MOIS, as well as the Head of UNPOG. The Head of UNPOG presented UNPOG’s achievements in 2018, the project’s capacity development strategy and 2019 Work Plan. Entering into the third year of Phase II, the office is expanding its efforts to provide capacity support for developing Member States in strengthening public institutions to achieve the SDGs in 2019.
