DPIDG/UNPOG paid a courtesy visit to the Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA) to discuss potential collaboration between the two organizations and KIPA’s participation in the upcoming UN Public Service Forum (UNPSF). KIPA is committed to conduct research on the development and improvement of the public administrative system. The institution collects and manages information and data related to public administration and aims to contribute to national development by promoting the exchange of information among domestic and overseas research institutions. DPIDG/UNPOG introduced the UNPSF as well as the UN Public Service Awards (UNPSA), in which KIPA showed particular interest. KIPA agreed to promote UNPSF within their networks and update UNPOG on their participation in the event at a later date.
