This Forum will facilitate knowledge-sharing, while also exploring ways of collaboration among CIOs and e-Government officials. The forum discussion will also focus on the institutional framework and its constituting elements; with a view to identifying the institutional conditions for successful implementation of e-Government policies, as well as to understand institutional options. |
