| This Forum will facilitate knowledge-sharing, while also exploring ways of collaboration among CIOs and e-Government officials. The forum discussion will also focus on the institutional framework and its constituting elements; with a view to identifying the institutional conditions for successful implementation of e-Government policies, as well as to understand institutional options. | |

| Two site visits are planned to: (1) one of INVILs, (2) Experience Green Growth Hall, and Korea Telecom Olleh Square. | |
| INVIL is a project designed to reduce the digital divide among the rural and urban areas, by increasing availability of e-Government services. Building on a high-speed Internet network for each household, it improves rural livelihoods and economy, as well as communications. Experience Green Growth Hall is an experience hall where visitors can easily understand and learn why green growth is needed, the development status of Korea’s green technology, and the use of ICT in green economy. Korea Telecom Olleh Square gives participants opportunities to see and experience the latest IT trend, including different types of smart phones. | |
