Participation in the 27th Meeting of the Regional Interagency Working Group on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) (13 March 2023, Virtual)

On 13 March 2023, a DPDIG/UNPOG staff virtually attended the 27th Meeting of the Regional Interagency Working Group on ICT, organised by the Asia-Pacific Telecommunity. The annual interagency meeting serves as an important platform to facilitate information sharing, coordination and planning of joint actvitities among participating organisations/agencies for enhancing the impact of ICT development in the Asia-Pacific region. During the meeting, UNPOG networked among other UN agencies as the staff introduced the strategies and planned activities on digital government and digital transformation in 2023 to representatives including ESCAP, ITU, ICAO, UNCDF, WFP, UN Women, and UNU-Macao among others.
